rates are subject to 11% sales and hotel tax
and 5% gratuity. Stated
rates are per night in US Dollars and are
based on single or double occupancy. A charge
of $50.00 per night will apply for each additional
guest. Rates also exclude, but are subject
to all applicable taxes.
High season rates
and reservation requirements apply for all
Holidays in Mid and Low Season.
During High
Season, a 4 night minimum stay is required.
During Christmas and New Year period, a 5
night
minimum stay is required.

Cancellations

To
hold your
reservation
a 40% deposit is required
at the time of booking (a minimum of 1 night),
except during all Holidays period when a deposit
of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.
The balance is payable upon arrival.
There are no refunds for early departures. |
14
days advance notice is required for cancellation
and a refund deposit. During Christmas, New
Year and Holiday Periods a 30 day advance
notice is required for a refund of deposit.
$20.00 administrative fee is charged on all
refunds. |
